Your role:

As an iOS & watchOS Developer, you will play a central role in the further development of our mobile apps for iPhones and Apple Watches. Our app is an essential security tool for lone workers - reliability, stability and quality are our top priorities. You will develop new features, optimize existing Features and ensure that our applications run error-free and perform well under all conditions.

Your tasks:

• Development and maintenance of our iOS and watchOS apps with Swift
• Focus on stability, performance and absolute reliability
• Implementation and optimization of critical features such as real-time accident detection
• Integration with native system APIs and backend APIs
• Ensuring code quality through unit tests, UI tests and refactoring
• Performance monitoring and debugging to optimize energy efficiency
• Close cooperation with our backend and QA team

What you bring with you:

• 5+ years of experience in native iOS app development
• Senior-level experience with Swift and the iOS platform
• In-depth understanding of app lifecycle, performance optimization and background modes
• Experience with the following Frameworks and technologies:
  
  • Network & Communication: Alamofire, NotificationCenter, UserNotifications
  • Sensors & motion data: CoreLocation, CoreMotion, Fall Detection
  • User Experience & Feedback: CoreHaptics, AVFoundation, Widgets, LiveActivities
  • System integration & background processes: Combine, Background Modes, Critical Alerts
• Experience with unit and UI testing
• Ability to work independently, in a structured and quality-conscious manner
• Very good knowledge of English and basic knowledge of German (at least A2)
