Working student in Operations (m/f/d)

What you do with us

Would you like to take a look behind the scenes of a growing start-up and find out how organization, processes and business procedures work together in the background? Then you've come to the right place.
As a working student in Operations, you will be part of our Operations team, which ensures that everything runs smoothly in day-to-day business - from invoicing to data maintenance.

• Organization & Administration:
  You support the processing of invoices, monitor incoming payments, maintain customer data and help to keep our systems up to date.
• Process maintenance & structure:
  You maintain our databases and help to ensure that our internal processes run smoothly.
• Project support:
  You support the management in various projects. Whether evaluations, translations or research - you lend a hand wherever power and organizational talent are required.
• Communication & teamwork:
  You support the close cooperation between Sales, Tech and Management and ensure a smooth exchange of information - internally and externally with our customers.

What you need to succeed

• Structure & diligence:
  You work reliably, keep track of multiple tasks and enjoy systematically organizing and improving things.
• Initiative & sense of responsibility:
  You think for yourself, approach issues proactively and find pragmatic solutions - "hands-on" is not a buzzword for you.
• Technical & data affinity:
  You like working with tools like Excel and enjoy exploring helpful and new Features . 
• Language & Expression:
  You have strong communication skills and are proficient in German at C2 level and English at B2-C1 level, both written and spoken. 
• Academic background:
  You are currently enrolled and have at least two semesters left of your studies. Your subject is of secondary importance - what counts are your organizational skills and your interest in operational processes.
