What you do with us:

Would you like to gain practical sales experience and are you looking for a position that can be flexibly combined with your studies? Then you've come to the right place. As a working student in Sales Development, you will be an integral part of our sales team and take on responsibility early on.

  • Initial contact & qualification: You proactively approach potential B2B customers on the phone, conduct short, structured qualification interviews (5-10 minutes) and find out whether and how we can help them.
  • Appointments & presentations: You arrange appointments for our Sales Managers or - depending on the case - present our solution yourself.

  • CRM & process improvement: You carefully document your conversations in the CRM system and actively contribute to the further development of our sales processes.

What you need to succeed

  • Communication talent & enthusiasm: You enjoy talking on the phone and manage to get potential customers excited about our solution with your positive, energetic and authentic manner.
  • Experience & curiosity: Ideally, you have already gained some experience in customer contact or sales - perhaps even working with a CRM. Even more important to us, however, is your willingness to learn and develop yourself further.
  • Structure & reliability: You work independently, are well organized and keep track of multiple tasks.
  • Language & expression: You are proficient in German at C2 level - both orally and in writing - and can express yourself clearly and professionally.
  • Academic background: You are currently enrolled and your studies are still running for at least two semesters - the subject you are studying is of secondary importance to us. What is important is your interest in sales.
