About us: Who we are

CALIMA is a growing tech startup from Berlin that supports companies with a digital system to ensure that their employees working alone receive help as quickly as possible in an emergency situation. We have already equipped over 400 companies with over 3,000 employees with our system.

Tasks: What you will do

• You lend a hand! You research and identify potential new corporate customers (B2B)
• You actively shape the direction of sales campaigns and implement them
• You conduct independent sales talks with potential customers
• You take responsibility for the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract conclusion and customer support

Role requirements: what you need to succeed

• Ideally, you have already gained some practical experience in customer contact and sales and have already worked with a CRM.
• You manage to inspire confidence and enthusiasm in potential customers through your positive, energetic and creative manner
• You are a strong communicator and have a command of written and spoken German at C2 level
• Your studies will take at least two more semesters
